"Could not have been managed any better"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter recently attended for day surgery in Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock. She was extremely nervous and anxious.

Every member of staff that we met that day took their time to speak to my daughter to try to reassure her. They were supportive, patient and kind.

It was a very difficult day for my daughter and it could not have been managed any better,

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
