"It was lovely to be able to talk to someone"

(as the patient),

I was very nervous before I attended the clinic but I need not have been as Lucy, the nurse I saw, was excellent.

It was lovely to be able to talk to someone who understood about such personal issues and I really wasn’t expecting anything much to come out of the appointment. However, Lucy gave me some really good tips that have made a difference to my condition.

Your posting, along with other postings we have received about anxiety prior to coming to an appointment with the Bladder and Bowel service, clearly indicate the levels of anxiety clients feel before these crucial assessments. It is so lovely that these postings are then followed up wth such positive emotions after the sessions.

This is so important for other potential clients to read before their sessions!
