"Left in limbo..."

Found the doctors secretary extremely rude, I'm not a complainer as I appreciate they are under a lot of pressure but was cut off the phone before even asking my name as they should have referred me to Neurophysiology for an ECG had to keep phoning for over a week after not hearing anything for ages i sorted it out via the ECG department instead when it was confirmed that the doctors secretary hadn't actually even referred me wasting more time while my seizures are getting worse. I feel that this stress is unnecessary and now dread getting on the phone to the neurology dept although chances of getting through are very slim anyway! The last test I had was a sleep deprived test on 11th march 2015 and was told I'd hear back with the results in about 3 weeks, I've received a letter Tuesday saying my next appointment is 28th July this is a lot longer than 3 weeks?? Very confusing and losing faith also worrying what my results are why say 3 weeks? After phoning a couple of times this morning and failing to get through and leaving messages I'm still in limbo
