Just would like to say a big thankyou for 1st class service from a 1st class team .it was such a shock being diagnosed with breast cancer , all the staff were amazing explained everything to me nothing to much trouble for them and also could have a joke with them which when your scared it helps a lot. Also nurse ready with a hug when u needed one which believe you me I did lol so once again thankyou so much keep up the fantastic work u all do

A cancer diagnosis is a shock and people react in different ways - so it's lovely to read that staff provided just the right response at the right time, whether that be a hug or a bit of a laugh and a joke.
