What I liked

from arriving at 7.30 in the morning for my knee op ,untill I left at 5 pm ,every one from the surgeon, anithatitist,and the nursing staff who tre ated me were excellant thank you all .

I have been attending this Hospital since 1975 and it has never let me down ,I can't thank the staff enough or rate this hospital high enough .

What could be improved

Car Parking for Disabled people ond parking in genneral there was no available parking near ward 3 ,but with the help of the staff my wife was able to get close enough for me to get into the Car thank you all

Appointments, can you please show which hospital you want us to attending by using the correct headed notepaper. I/E if my appointment is at Heather wood you use Heathwood headed notepaper only, not Wrexham Park and Heathwood Trust Paper. Like wise if the appointment is at st Marks, Windsor, or Bracknell, use their own headed notepaper .Not Wrexham or heatherwoods. As some one who has missed appointments because of this problem I find it very annoying as many others do, I appreciate you try to get Avery one an appointment as quick as possible, and that could mean going to another hospital to see the consultant, and that’s fine, and thank you for thinking of us, but if I book at Heatherwood, then I presume I will go back there, so when I get written notice on Heatherwood note paper that’s where I go. But it's not all ways as easy, and we waste your time and the consultant’s time because we are at different Hospitals.

Can you Please thank the anaesthetists in the new operating theatre at Heatherwood, I was it’s first patent to be operated on, the staff there had a great sense of humour, I was just pleased every thing worked well and I didn’t need the ITU on wakening.
