What I liked
As a mother of a teenager recently admitted to A&E I am contacting to express my gratitude our family feels as a result of the excellent care we received.
He was subsequently admitted to Ward 2 for 48 hr observation where it was discovered that he needed surgery. The doctor that evening was so calm and reassuring. The subsequent care and concern demonstrated over the ensuing days by all the staff on ward 2 was wonderful, and that from both a patient and visitor perspective.
