What I liked

The staff were very friendly, professional and understanding. Throughout the labour they kept us informed of what was happening. Before and after care was second to none and as a first time mum it was reassuring to know there was always someone on hand to answer my questions. The catering was also brilliant which was unexpected as we had been led to believe that NHS catering was substandard.

What could be improved

My induction was delayed twice due to the maternity ward being full. An increase in population in the area has put a strain on the resources and this needs to be addressed.

Thanks to all the midwife and staff at Wexham Park. See you again in June 2009!!
