"ward 4 is Terrible"

I was nearly giving two doses of medication 25 minutes after my first one since the nurse didnt write it down also to ring the alarm at 4:30am struggling to breath and ending up trying to walk down the desk at 5:20am to find them playing a boaard game was terrible! If this operation does not work and i need to come back in i wont be coming back to wansbeck
