Came in today at 2. 25 for bloods taken. Just felt I needed to say how lovely both the ladies at this department were. The lady at the desk was warm and inviting and the lady taking my blood was such a lovely lady. I have my bloods taken from my lower arm and she did it without a blink with no questions asked and with hardly any pain.
