"I am still on going in treatment ..."

What I liked

I am still on going in treatment and am a regualr outpatient, but the doctors and nurses in the rheumatology department have done their very best. There is also a very good contact number to ring with queries or needs to the nurses who will help with anything and will even arrange an appointment with you. I got arthritis in February last year and they tried evrything to make me better, eventually it worked in March this year but because of rules they needed to try everything and they were very fast with getting each new drug to try once it was clear that the previous one had failed.

What could be improved

When I was first in hospital I was on the children's ward, which had the bars on the walls in the toilet hanging off so it was quite dangerous and there was toothpaste on the wall for the whole 18 days I was there, but i have a feeling these may have improved since.

Anything else?
