What I liked
The A+E staff who saw me quickly and treated me with respect.
What could be improved
Communication - between staff and from staff to myself.
Cleanliness - especially in the ward toilets.
Customer care particualrly once I had made a complaint.
Monitoring of medication and alarms - my medication was often missed and my alarm (and others) ignored at night when they were very short staffed.
