"Poor service in an urgent case"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

GP referral good. TRAQS representative informative but only had limited info e. g. could offer appointment in Dudley but had to be referred to PRH, TRAQS tried to speak to PRH about my case and I was told I would get an appointment date approximately 1 week and would be prioritised.

Happy to accept this, chased after 1 week and only 2 consultants instead of 6!

2 weeks behind allocating appointment + urgent cases, 10-18 weeks for appointment despite being offered appointment in Dudley mid-April. This info was available to TRAQS, I wouldn’t have selected PRH!
