"Wonderful nurses on Brook Ward"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I have just come out of east Surrey hospital after a week's stay with a severe kidney infection. I was in east Surrey 10 years ago and it was a truly awful experience so I was very scared what would happen to me but I was so surprised by the difference absolutely cannot fault the care I was given & especially the wonderfull nurses on Brook ward thankyou all so much

Dear roxii,

Many thanks for your kind words about your recent stay on Brook Ward. It is good to read that you felt the care you received was so good and I know the Ward Manager and her team will be delighted to read your comments.

Kind regards

Ian
