I have been to St.Thomas hospital after a recent sport injury, I went to a&e, after an initial assessment they asked me to take an x-Ray of my right shoulder, which I hurt while i was playing cricket. When I went to X-ray department they were taking my left shoulder's X-ray, when I said to them only they realised that they supposed to take right shoulder. Anyway, I went back to urgent care, and I was seen by the Nurse, who assessed me at the beginning , the nurse said I do not broke my shoulder and there fore I don't need to have any further treatment. I did even told the nurse again that I have terrible pain. The nurse didn't give me any treatment and also I could not see a doctor instead. However, my pain is still with me. I went to see GP afterwards and she promised me to do a MRI scan if the pain persists after a week. I don't know what gonna happen next. Anyway I couldn't go to work for the last one week. Also I have a previous experience with the same hospital a couple of years ago, when I had a ligament injury on my right knee, the professionals said ( after an X-ray) I have no problem with my knee. I went Back home and had MRI scan and I brought the result here, and after that they gave me an appoint for MRI, and end up with ACL reconstruction ( at guy's hospital). I don't know what to do, to get further treatment and my seasonal cricket matches will be starting soon.
