"not the x factor but the wow factor"

What can i say about this hospital one word 'wow'. Service first class from everyone.My mum had her hip replacement and i came over from NEW Zealand to stay with her.Her car which i was useing ;had broken down on the car park ;and not a member of rac/aa Worried because didn;t have my purse with me. And it was getting dark and the car park was almost empty.Security was walking around and they asked if i was ok I told them i couldnt start my car they tried and said they be back in 5 mins they came with their car and got it started ;they asked if i was local i said Morley ;and they said i wouldnt make it home. They did something with the eng and said temp fix and give me a number of a garage i could use next day The morel of this brakedown is ive been in New Zealand 20yrs and since ive come to stay in UK things have changed no one wants to know or help you now. But this hospital stands out.Good old values from everyone i hope that all the members of staff dont leave .Worth they gold value And a big thank you to the security guard who went out of their way to get me home.Which i did.and my mums at home now. Thank you everyone.
