"Concerned about my sister on the cancer unit"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Oncology

(as a relative),

My sister has a rare form of ovarian cancer.

She had her first lot of chemotherapy in mid-April 2015 when she had to go back into hospital, she had been home from this hospital one day, she was admitted with fluid in her stomach the next day.

Nothing was done on this day, nothing was done on the day after. Nothing was done on the day after that. The reason was no qualified staff at work in the whole of the hospital apparently to help her.

Please Tell Me Why this is happening.
