"First timer"

This is the first time I've been admitted to hospital. I had really bad tonsillitis and suspected glandular fever. I turned up at 4am Wednesday morning. Anyway, gutted I don't remember the person's name from the the ENT department, but they were brilliant, please pass on my regards. The member of staff checked up on me over the next couple of days. Also the nurses on Sunderland ward were brilliant. Did anything anyone wanted. Everyone moans about the NHS, I think people need to take a little more of a hard look at the people that work at Medway. Brilliant :)
