Age 77, attended A & E after a fall, being unable to walk. The only complaint that I had was about the wheelchair, very difficult to manoeuvre. As for both the staff and treatment that I received, I could not have wished for better. Everything was clearly explained to me . The Doctor was most professional. I can't thank them enough, was cheerful, giving confidence, making myself more relaxed. On returning to myself ,after taking a sample of blood for analysis, the consultant had arranged a follow-up appointment for further scans, the following day. They had also arranged for transport to collect myself from home, I could not believe this, Thank you Doctor.
