"ENT consultation"

I had an ENT consultation with one of the consultants. After investigating my symptoms the consultant indicated that my condition is not normal and I need to have a CT scan and the consultant's secretary will call me do fix a date (the consultant indicated that this need to be done pretty quickly). My phone number was taken as well. So far I haven't receive any phone call and no one has contacted me. I have been trying to contact the hospital but no one picks up the phone.
