"It is a wonderfull sparkling clean ..."

What I liked

It is a wonderfull sparkling clean Hospital with Atrium, Coffee and Resturants facilities that would not be out of place in a 5* Hotel.

All the Staff were wonderful, kind and helpful and gave atentive care.

What could be improved

Being on a Uroligy Ward with Addison's Disease created some difficulties as the Staff were untrained in what to expect or do.

Anything else?

The Ward was sparkling except for over the weekend when it was not cleaned at all. A cleaner came in ans asked if we knew where the cleaning gear cuboard was; when we said 'no' she left without cleaning. I personaly cleaned bllod off the tiolet seat and floor with anticeptic wipes
