"1st class service in Breast Clinic"

I was referred to the breast clinic by my GP. I was extremely impressed by the care that was given to me all the staff from the HCA to the consultant they were so pleasant and treated me so respectfully and i left with my dignity intact! I was examined, had a mammogram and ultrasound done within an hour this was exceptional patient care. I had my results relayed to me on the same day which reassuringly were all good and all was normal. Having worked as a Senior Sister in another trust I have been on both sides of the fence andIi have to say the breast clinic offers a great service considering all the pressures and stresses that are associated with working in the NHS. This is the NHS at its very very best. Thank you to all the staff on duty on the afternoon of 15th April including the radiographer and radiologist who were also exceptional and caring.
