"They are very good to me"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

The girls are nice. They are gentle. I’ve had no trouble what so ever. When I go and get injections I sometimes wait 2 hours 30 minutes, but there is a lot of people. They could maybe look at improving time keeping when waiting for injections.

They are very good to me and tell you what they are putting in your eyes.

Dear json,

Thank you very much for your kind comments. You are correct that there are a lot of patients requiring this injection, I am also aware of the time that patients may have to wait and my apologies for this.

A new procedure room is planned for the next few months which should make the waiting time for you and fellow patients much shorter and improve your patient journey with us. The team are very excited about this development and what it will mean to our patients that have been coming for treatment for years.

Kind Regards

Ruth Robertson
