What I liked

I went in by ambulance for gallstone attack. I'd had previous attacks and been taken to Wexham Park where treatment was apalling. At Royal Berks, treatment was excellent - doctors were effective, efficient and consultative. I was kept informed of what tests were being done and why. Staff made time to keep checking up that I was ok.

What could be improved

Transition from one doctor to another was confusing - probably not helped by being on gas and air, Me, not them :)
