"Very efficient service"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I was referred to A+E eye clinic by my optician. Waiting time was 10 minutes longer than indicated but once through the procedure was swift and efficient, given it was a Monday morning and full of patients. Don't know how some people have the nerve to moan when others who go in before them (not me!) obviously have more urgent needs than them. We could all do with being a bit more considerate and appreciate what a strain clinics and hospitals in general are under. The NHS has always come up trumps for me when I needed it in an emergency. Count your blessings and stop moaning!
