"A shambles"

Waiting times here are a joke - expect to be there for over an hour. Diagnosis is generally poor - they have been unable to solve my problem for over a year and a half. They should be consulting other doctors/hospitals if they don't know the solution. If you think they will be able to book you a return appointment think again. Not only will they forget to phone or send a letter confirming the appointment, they will probably forget to actually make the appointment as well.
