What I liked
I was sent over to the local Hospital from my GP Surgery for X-rays. The staff in the department were very efficient and I was dealt with very promptly. I had thought that I might have been in for a bit of a wait but that turned out not to be the case.
What could be improved
Nothing at all. My form was handed in and dealt with in strict order of those attending the department.
Anything else?
The two staff I came into contact with on this visit were extremely efficient.
The radiographer was pleasant and friendly and the X-rays were completed successfully in a very short space of time, thank you.
