"Triage waste of time, overall useless"

Turned up with my son, damaged thumb, xray, nurse (note not doctor) couldn't decide if its broken, so called their mate (no idea who it was) they both looked and said....erm we are not sure but we don't think its broken. -Goodbye. No, advice... But at least this is better than last time, when my son had hurt his foot in October 2014 No xray, advised its twisted walk on it. He couldn't, no crutches, had to travel to Huddersfield to get some. Made physio appointment next day, who advised foot broken, even named the bone. Went back to hospital, xray oh! it is broken. Might as well roll a dice, shambles.
