About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / General surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my grandson to Stoke Manderville bone clinic last week for an 11. 30am appointment. We were told one and half hours delay due to computer problems!

Two and half hours later he has x-Ray another half hour later he is in with Doctor,

I mention the delay and comment about computer problems Doctor tells us no problems with computers! Management is the problem, books 4 patients per time slot and with only 2 doctors on duty there will always be delays. No wonder the NHS gets a bad name for waiting time delays. Plus the parking cost of £6 due too being delayed and the rest of the day disrupted.
