What I liked

Clean, good food and friendly - for the most part - staff.

What could be improved

Administration, communication.

I was asked to arrive at the hospital for 08:00 on a Wed morning, and by 10:30 apart from talking to reception staff - who weren't expecting me - I was only spoken to twice! Both times to ask me my name.

Eventually, Wednesday became a wash-out and on Thursday I was told by the doctor that she was sorry for the delay, but she hadn't been told that I'd been admitted!

Subsequent visits regarding the same ailment have been no better. I needed to book appointments three weeks apart. On the previous occasion I wasn't notified of my appointment until the Friday before the Monday the appointment was on.

And, even better this time, I simply haven't been given an appointment and there is nobody at the hospital to take a phone call.

Anything else?

The medical staff performing the actions have been fine in (almost!) all cases...I have no complaints there.

The administration is a joke. They really need to get someone who has a clue involved!
