"Referral by G.P for concerns about a mole."

I visited my G.P. on 1st April, who decided that they would like the mole on my face checked out by Dermatology. Barely 3 hours later I had a phone call from the Dermatology department at Orpington Hospital informing of an appointment for 13th April. All the staff I encountered at my appointment were extremely pleasant and reassuring, making the visit not such a scary experience as I had expected it to be. Fortunately I did not require any treatment. I would like to congratulate all the staff on their efficient but kind attitude to their patients. Well done to you all.
