I fell over in Kenwood and was sent to RFH A & E by ambulance. The care I received in the ambulance and in A & E was fantastic. Afterwards I was referred to the Fracture Clinic. The first consultant I saw was very rushed, spoke very quickly and didn't ask me if I had any questions. If I hadn't been English, wasn't sharp or had been a bit doddery, I wouldn't have picked up how important it was to do the few simple exercises they gave me. It would only have taken a few minutes more. It would have been so helpful if there had been chairs without arms in the x-ray waiting area as I couldn't sit in the ones with arms as I had broken my arm and the arms of the chairs made it painful. Some chairs without arms please. All other visits, all other professionals I saw were kind, respectful and extremely helpful. I had fantastic care. Thank you very much.
