What I liked

The hospital is in the main clean. In the areas visited there did not seem to be lingering smells an odours. The absence of the smell of previous meals was noted.

Staff encountered are polite.

What could be improved

Time keeping. Despite arriving in advance there seemed to be a considerable amount of time spent waiting to be seen. There seems to be a practice of calling people to report at a given time - even though it is a practicable impossibility that they shall be seen at the allotted time. Consideration should be given to more scientific time slotting.
