(as the patient),

With it being the school holiday's finding cheap or free things to do can be very challenging. They soon get bored going to the park. My friend recieved a leaflet about a sure start event happening. So today me, my family and friends went to the sure start event in kirkby. It was amazing, there was so much today and after 3 hours my children didn't want to leave and it didn't cost me a penny. White post farm brought some animals along which was one of the highlights of the event. My kids can get bored very easy but they was entertained from the minuet we got there til the second we left. It was really busy and a few mums I spoke to said they really enjoyed the event. Well done to all the staff made the event fantastic.

Thank you so much for your fantastic comments, the staff team have really pulled it out of the bag and made this school holiday activity programme the best ever, we have had so many great comments about our events across Ashfield in the past few weeks.

I know the team planned this event really well and it looks like all their hard work has paid off. The school holidays can cost families so much money to keep everyone happy and entertained and I am so proud of the team at Kikrby and their wonderful family focused themed events, I know more are planned so keep an eye out for lots more coming up over the next few months.
