About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Complex care and treatment

(as the patient),

I feel my care coordinator was highly aloof and actually quite calculating, as was one of the psychiatrists also. Very difficult to work with. Actually very disinterested and forever looking for excuses to avoid me.

No thankyou. As I have already said, your complaints procedure is too stressful.

I'm actually already ill without being made even more ill by the never ending bureaucracy of your organisation.
