"One stop breast clinic ....First class Service"

I visited the One stop breast clinic on 28th March 2015. I was very anxious as I knew by the end of my appointment my life could be turned upside down. from checking at the Outpatients desk until leaving, I found every member of staff efficient and friendly. The whole process was seamless, my husband felt that he was involved also. I never waited more than ten minutes for a mammogram, scan or to be seen by the doctor. One piece of constructive criticism.... On arrival I had to take the lift to the breast clinic, then had to take the lift back downstairs to X-Ray. Would it not be possible for the patient once checked in at the outpatient desk to be directed straight to the X-ray department? I would suspect every lady attending this particular clinic would be required to undergo the same investigations. This would reduce the number of steps in the patient journey and result in a leaner patient journey.
