"Exceptional staff"

I attended Sandwell A&E department with a head injury yesterday. The wait time was short; the triage process seemed very efficient. I was seen in the fast track area and given a thorough assessment by a very nice nurse practitioner who immediately consulted with the senior doctor about my symptoms. At all times, I felt confident in the team's abilities, treated well and with respect. The fast track team worked well together; they gave plenty of information about what was happening now and what might happen next. The x-ray team were the same, as was the person who did a CT scan. I cannot commend this team more highly; well done, guys.
