"Incredible"

About: Torbay Hospital

The staff were wonderful , being terrified at having a biopsy they put my mind at rest instantly and were very informatively. Unfortunately I felt very faint and sick straight after this ( I had worked myself up and do faint easily). The staff were so caring and took such great care of me even offering to get my relative and explain things to her as Id asked if they would. I was monitored for my bp and wouldn't have been let home until it was back to normal. I was even given a cup of tea and buiscuits. Even the Dr, healthcare assistant and nurse popped through to the ward area to see how I was. Such a lovely hca chatting to me on the little side ward and checking my Bp. Such caring staff make the world of difference especially in a situation like this. So glad this is my local hospital. Thank you all so much
