"I have had the utmost care"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17)

(as the patient),

I have just read a very negative story about Monklands X-ray I could not disagree more.

I would not expect anyone to introduce them self in a waiting room or explain the procedure myself or a family member was about to under take. I have had many experiences as a patient in Monklands and some have been negative but most have been positive. I do not believe it is a staffing issue but a financial issue.

I am greatful to Monklands as a hospital especially radiology as I have had the up most care including very good banter which at my stage I need.
