I don't like hospitals. I'm a reluctant patient but I feel very comfortable visiting this department. Today was my third visit for various tests. Everything was explained. The staff were calm, upbeat and cheerful. Very thorough examinations. The department was very busy and it was obvious the consultant was trying to keep on schedule but they still took the time to answer my questions, explain the tests and carry out more tests than I'd expected. The Reception staff were helpful as I was concerned about running over my parking time. Thanks to everyone for your professionalism and care.
