What I liked
The extreme curtiousness, friendlyness, understanding, helpfulness and caring attitude of all the nurses in the day surgery unit.
I would really like to praise 1 member of staff in particular but I cant remember her name, but she was VERY VERY calming, caring and friendly, as I was so nervous.
What could be improved
The staff dont need to improve anything, but the chairs in the waiting area in the day surgery unit could be more comfortable.
Anything else?
All the day surgery nurses should be praised by management for the care etc they give people.
