"Disgusted with patient care"

About: Birmingham Children's Hospital

Been sat at this hospital since 5.45 and still waiting yo be seen. A and E dr refused to see my daughter because she was booked into surgical day care at 8am. Been sat in surgical day care since 7.30 and consultant cannot be bothered to gone and see my 4 year who is in pain and not eaten since 8pm last night ! Can safely say I will never bring any if my children here again !
