"Clinical Neurophysiology - Ulnar Nerve Screening..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

The consultant, was very thorough, gentle and kind. They explained exactly what was happening step by step and put me at ease. I cannot praise this department/consultant enough. Additionally they organised it so that my defibrillator was switched off/monitored during testing which was operated by a wonderful member of staff from Cardiology who I had met before so felt in extremely safe hands. Only negative is the ugly building but you once forget about the visuals once you are in the building listening to relaxing music.

Response from St Peter's Hospital

Thank you very much indeed for posting your comments here and we are very pleased to read of your positive experience at St Peter's Hospital. We will ensure your feedback is passed on to the team. We're sorry about the ugly building (we'd like to change it too!) but we hope that in the not too distant future we will be able to move the department to more attractive premises. Thank you very much for your feedback.
