"Lack of services tailored to personality disorder sufferers"

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

What happened? What didn't happen is more the issue! There is a total lack of services aimed at people with personality disorder and a reluctance among staff to diagnose or even acknowledge personality disorder. The service, or lack thereof, has been highly dissatisfying. I'm now feeling vulnerable and as though the trust are of no use whatsoever to me or anybody else with personality disorder.

Unfortunately I'm all too aware that your complaints process is as exhausting as the actual events I was affected by, under the nightmare that is Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust.

I can't say I do want to contact you unfortunately. Your procedures are infuriating.
