What I liked

I was impressed at how humanely and decently the other patients on my bay were treated, at all times, in circumstances that would have tried my patience! The nursing staff were at times extremely busy and it occasionally felt as if more hands would have been helpful.

What could be improved

A little more joined-up communication between the nursing staff and doctors/consultants might help in being able to explain to patients what is going on, and who is who!

Anything else?

Please make sure that food packaging is easy enough for older/less able people to use, e.g. the vacuum packed cheese packs!!
