"Generally quite satisfied"

I’m not 100% sure what is required here. My recent experience of Shawbirch Medical practice has been very good. I have a number of referrals in the pipeline at present. I understand the need for ‘feedback’ forms but they are a growing irritation in modern life as it now seems nothing can be done on the internet or with any organisation without pressure to give feedback.

This particular form is straightforward but sometimes they do not allow the answer one wishes to give. As for my experience of the NHS in our area is concerned, I feel we are very fortunate in the level of care and professionalism which is generally shown. I like to be a 'person' and not a 'patient' or substitute.
