What I liked

The friendliness of all the staff and students. A particularly friendly welcome by the Reception staff - even when they are harrassed with phones ringing constantly and patients turning up late or constantly querying straightforward things.

What could be improved

Sometimes can be a bit awkward to get through by phone if you need to try to change an appointment. A minor inconvenience though.

Anything else?

I have been receiving treatment here for the last three years. All the staff are friendly and concerned for the welfare of the patient. A long standing problem was diagnosed and treated - something previous dentists seem unable to have done and it turned out to be a fairly straightforward issue but with potential serious problems if left untreated for much longer. Now monitored and kept in check by these nice people.
