What I liked

Arrived late saturday night after being referred to from heath cardiff, although there had been a small comms breakdown with front desk the ward were aware of my expected arrival, whilst there the staff were very polite, courteous, professional. Although an old building and in need of upgrading/refurbishment it was clean.

What could be improved

my only criticism is that when registering/filling in the various admittance forms which require a lot of personal / medical data, this was carried out in the ward where all the questions/answers could be heard by anybody within the ward - this should be done in private.
