I was not looking forward to this procedure, from embarrassment as much as fearing any discomfort it might cause. However, the Doctor and nurses could not have been more pleasant as well as professional. They put me at ease, explained everything as we went along and carried out their work calmly and quickly - and told me what to expect afterwards. NHS at its best. My thanks to them all.
