"very rude obnoxious staff"

My daughter recently gave birth at Queen Charlottes and I can honestly say I have never come across such rude, arrogant and obnoxious staff as this hospital employs and believe me I've unfortunately had many hospital admissions myself and can say I've never met such arrogant unhelpful staff as those at queen charlottes! A receptionist on the delivery suite has to be the most blatantly rude downright nasty person ever!, their manner was intimidating and I even felt that there was an element of discrimination towards us in the way they spoke to me and my daughter. The actual nursing staff were not much better and seemed to take pleasure in not allowing us onto the ward to see our new-born grandchild. The whole experience has marred what should have been a celebratory occasion. I will strongly deter anyone I know from using this hospital for maternity services, the way they treat you is abhorrent.
