"I felt completely at ease"

About: Queen Marys Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I attended QMH hospital today as an outpatient. I was very nervous about my appointment and was feeling quite anxious.

As I came in to women's ultrasound I was put completely put an ease by the amazing receptionist (unfortunately I didn't catch her name). She was very professional but friendly, she greeted me with a warm smile and told me not to worry about my procedure.

As I went in for my appointment the sonographer Margeret also greeted me with a smile and explained what was going to happen (which through previous experience is not always the case). I felt completely at ease.

So I would like to thank the team at womens ultrasound, Queen Mary's Hospital for doing a fab job day in and day out and making my experience a positive one.
